 <li>Submit necessary details and documents to initiate digital Know Your Customer (KYC) verification</li>
 <li>Upon loan approval, complete the KYC process with assistance from designated agents</li>

 <li>Proof of identity (National ID/Passport/Driver's License)</li>
 <li>Address verification document</li>
 <li>Income proof (pay slips and bank statements)</li>
